The company is great in all aspects. Customer service is superb. For any issue we encounter they are always there to assist us in a timely manner. Amir is amazing! Every dealing I've had with World Trade Office Solutions has been nothing short of amazing. I've dealt with other providers before and have never received the customer service this company provides. Any minor issues that pop up are addressed immediately. Most recently, we had an issue, albeit a rare one for their machines, pop up and their technician Dan came out immediately and fixed our issue. Not only was he prompt and extremely professional, but he was on time and fixed our problem immediately. You can't ask for better customer service!!

We received our 8 machines 3 months ago and we have been very pleased. The machines are high quality and fast and we have had almost no downtime. Any time we had a minor issue they have been amazing and quick in their service.
